Equipping Students with a Mindset for Life
Our events shift standard school gatherings into dynamic personal development sessions. Through live participation and captivating visual media, students don’t just listen—they actively practice core life skills that elevate the entire school culture.
✓ Unlocking Personal Potential & Identity We guide students to map out their unique strengths and celebrate individual character. This builds deep inner confidence, helping them navigate everyday peer pressure and stay true to their personal values.
✓ The Mechanics of Goal Visualization Students discover the practical power of mental mapping. We teach them how to define personal aspirations, visualize upcoming success, and build the inner courage needed to take the first step toward their dreams.
✓ Building Unshakable Grit
Achieving big goals requires a breakthrough mindset. This pillar gives students the tools to handle everyday setbacks, reframe failures as learning opportunities, and maintain focus when a task gets tough.
✓ Turnkey Academic Extensions
The momentum generated during the live event naturally carries over into the classroom. We provide comprehensive follow-up workbooks that ignite independent reading habits and give teachers a ready-to-use curriculum extension.
THEO THEDE

wer du bist und was in dir steckt.
Geeignet für die 1. bis 4. Schulstufe
(Ideal für die 3. und 4. Schulstufe in Kombination mit dem Buch „Der Karottenbaum – Conny Ponys Abenteuer“ für die 1. und 2. Schulstufe)

MEET THE FOUNDER & AUTHOR
Born in Austria, Martin Hahn is a published children’s book author and international speaker who currently lives with his family in Buea, Cameroon.
As a Top 3 Finalist for the prestigious Children’s Book Prize, Martin connects with young audiences through the quiet power of deeply engaging, authentic, and heart-led storytelling.
Martin discovered his true calling while volunteering in West Africa, which led to the creation of his non-profit organization, „Happy Kids Africa.“ Driven by a vision to help children unlock their unique potential, Martin and his global supporters built the Happy Kids Academy in Cameroon in 2018—a heart-centered school dedicated to educating orphans and underprivileged youth.
During the workshop, Martin takes students on a brief, eye-opening journey to his school project in Cameroon. By sharing authentic glimpses into the daily lives of their peers across the ocean, he bridges cultures, inspires deep empathy, and expands your students‘ global perspective.

Martin understands perfectly how to captivate the children and bring the core message of the book to life in a child-friendly way. Highly recommended!

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can our school fund the Character & Literacy Assembly?
A: Bringing this program to your campus is highly accessible. Our workshops are fully compliant with national education funding guidelines and can be financed through Title IV, Part A (Safe & Healthy Students) or Title I (Academic & Literacy Enrichment) funds. Additionally, because of our deep focus on character building, this assembly is a premier candidate for PTA/PTO sponsorship.
Q: Pre-K and 5th graders have completely different attention spans. How do you keep both engaged?
A: We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all assembly. To respect the developmental needs of your students, we offer two distinct, age-appropriate tracks: one tailored specifically for early learners (Pre-K to 2nd Grade) and one designed for upper elementary (3rd to 5th Grade). Each track utilizes customized pacing, specialized visual assets, and targeted interactive exercises
Q: Does this program align with our mandatory school curriculum and state standards?
A: Yes, seamlessly. The workshop is meticulously structured to reinforce your school’s academic and behavioral goals.
-
For Literacy (ELA): The presentation directly satisfies state-specific reading engagement standards, fully aligning with TEKS (Texas), CAS (Colorado), and OAS (Oklahoma).
-
For Character & Growth: The content is mapped to state-level guidelines for Character Education and behavioral standards (including the Texas Positive Character Traits framework).
Q: Is the presenter fully vetted and cleared to work with US school districts?
A: Absolute safety and campus security are our top priorities. We are fully prepared to meet your specific state and district regulatory guidelines. Upon booking, we seamlessly cooperate with all local fingerprinting and background check requirements—including FACT, CBI, and OSBI clearance systems. Additionally, a compliant Certificate of Insurance (COI) tailored to your district’s specifications will be provided well in advance of the event.
Q: Martin is an Austrian author living in Africa—will our students easily understand and relate to him?
A: This international background is actually the highlight of the event! Martin presents in fluent, clear, and highly accessible English. Instead of loud, overwhelming gimmicks, his grounded and authentic storytelling style commands the room through genuine human connection. The brief look into his school project in Cameroon serves as a powerful, real-world bridge that inspires global empathy and perspective in your students.
Q: How do you ensure the assembly’s message sticks after the event?
A: We focus on lasting impact, moving far beyond a one-time show. To deepen the experience, we offer a dedicated companion Student Workbook filled with practical exercises on grit and visualization. During the booking process, schools have the flexible option to either utilize a digital campus print-license or order high-quality physical copies for their classrooms.
Takes less than 2 minutes. No commitment required.
